Set up bi-directional integrations in minutes using a guided UI, with no data storage, no coding required, and enterprise-grade security backed by ISO 27001 certification.

  • Ticket-to-issue sync: When a ticket is created or updated in ConnectWise PSA, ZigiOps automatically creates or updates a corresponding issue in Jira - keeping support and development teams in sync without manual handoffs or duplicate data entry.
  • Bi-directional status updates: Status changes, comments, and priority updates flow in both directions in real time. When a developer resolves an issue in Jira, the linked ConnectWise ticket is updated instantly - no chasing, no lag.
  • Automated escalation workflows: When a ConnectWise ticket meets defined conditions (e.g., severity level, SLA breach risk), ZigiOps automatically triggers issue creation in Jira with the correct fields mapped - routing critical work to dev teams faster and without human intervention.
