How it works

  • Krisp automatically records, transcribes, and summarizes every meeting, with speaker identification and action items.
  • From the meeting page, click Integrations and select ConnectWise.
  • Choose the ConnectWise ticket you want to send the notes to, and click Send.
  • The notes are delivered to that ticket in ConnectWise PSA. You get confirmation the moment it's done. 

Setup

Connecting takes a minute from your Krisp Integrations settings: 

  • Click Connect on the ConnectWise integration.
  • Enter your ConnectWise Company ID, Public Key, and Private Key.
  • Once connected, manage your connection any time from the Manage ConnectWise page. 

The ConnectWise integration is available on the Krisp Business plan. 

Requirements

  • A Krisp Business plan account
  • ConnectWise PSA with API access (a public/private API key pair and Company ID)
