- What is the ConnectWise Marketplace?
The ConnectWise Marketplace is a platform to showcase our Solutions Partners. Leverage the filters to find the right solution you need to extend the functionality of the ConnectWise suite of products.
- What is a certified integration?
A certified integration has been reviewed and approved by the ConnectWise team. It is built to industry best practices. You must be in the Invent program to certify your integration.
- What is ConnectWise Invent?
ConnectWise Invent is our official Solutions Partners integration partnership program. Third-party Solutions Partners are invited to collaborate with us on development of robust integration experiences with ConnectWise Business Suite products such as Manage, Automate, and Sell for the benefit of our mutual partners.
- Can I purchase products or services through the ConnectWise Marketplace?
Currently, the ConnectWise Marketplace is not an e-commerce site and is not transactional.
- What is a "buy through ConnectWise" Solutions Partner?
ConnectWise partners with Solutions Partners to extend our product portfolio through our Technology Alliance program. You can purchase some Solution Partner products through our Account Management team. “Buy through” ConnectWise products are identified throughout the marketplace with a hot pink dollar sign icon. Click the “contact us” button on any “buy through” Solution Partner to be put in touch with the Account Management team.
- What is the Partner Exchange?
The Partner Exchange is a platform for idea sharing share and collaboration. Have a ticket template you think rocks? Looking for an HTML template to implement into your marketing campaigns? Check out the partner exchange to download other templates and upload your own.
- How do I post on the Partner Exchange?
Many Setup Tables such as the Workflow Setup Tables have a Marketplace button at the top. This will allow you to export your Settings to share it with other Partners. You can also take a look at other configurations to use on the Partner Exchange.
- How can I list my product or service on the Marketplace?
The ConnectWise Marketplace is an open integration library where anyone who creates an integration to a product, can be listed after going thru an approval process. When submitting your application, you can email Invent@ConnectWise.com to get a listing of our guidelines. Integrations that are listed, must be available to the partner base and should not be private integrations created for specific partners or internal use. When submitting your Marketplace application, we may request changes to graphics or verbiage to maintain standards among the other integrations.
- How do I become a ConnectWise Invent Solutions Partner?
