Product Overview

TimeZest is scheduling at its best, empowering your clients to find and book times that work for them. Choices are made based on real-time availability, confirmed with calendar invites, and followed up with non-invasive reminders. Tickets are updated automatically, streamlining your ticketing workflow and scheduling for faster resolutions and happier clients. With TimeZest, it’s never been easier to schedule. 


Scheduling Request  – When your team is ready to schedule with a client, they decide how much time will be needed and use the TimeZest Pod to kick off the scheduling request right from the ticket.

TimeZest shares a scheduling link with your client, inviting them to choose the time that best suits them. Times are based on your team member’s real-time availability, company’s regular working hours and holiday schedule.

Once scheduled, TimeZest sends your client a confirmation email and calendar item, updates the ticket status in ConnectWise Manage, and allocates your staff as a ticket resource. Oh, and we update the ticket’s internal notes along the way so everybody knows exactly what’s going on.

    We were having a difficult time getting in touch with customers that had called in outside of our office hours, so we implemented TimeZest to allow those customers to schedule a time to speak with Support. It has helped us speed up the time it takes for our customers to get service, and for that, we love it!

Not only are they quick with support, but they're also evolving based on feedback from customers.     We always struggled with the back and forth volleys to our client base of trying to nail down an appointment, not to mention the need to send calendar appointments. With TimeZest, this is no longer an issue. The team over there are incredibly bright and are adding features on a regular basis. They really listen to their client base. A must have for anyone using CW Manage to interact with clients!

    TimeZest has been an excellent addition to our tool set, providing simple and effective scheduling for our HelpDesk and our higher tier techs. Also, it has been effective for our Sales Team in scheduling meetings with clients. I would recommend TimeZest to anyone who is tired of phone tag and lingering tickets.

    We had the opportunity to work with the TimeZest team during their beta and have watched the product mature into a game changer for any busy MSP. It reduces the hassle of constant back and forth (or worse, leaving voicemails) trying to get a remote session or onsite scheduled. You can't go wrong by adding TimeZest to your toolset.

    Since implementing TimeZest, we're receiving great feedback from users who value being able to directly pick a time that works with their availability. Technicians and intake team members report that the whole process is smooth and polished, and frustration resulting from missed connections is down across the board. Still expanding this to more of our customer base, but couldn't be more thrilled so far!

    If you use ConnectWise Manage for support/ticketing, you should be using TimeZest. This product pays for itself with saved engineer time and then there is increased client satisfaction as a cherry on top. It's rare that a product with such tight integration comes along and fills a need in the core product like TimeZest. I highly recommend the product and would not be shocked to see ConnectWise try to acquire it and integrate it into their stack at some point.

    Our experience with TimeZest has been fantastic from initial setup through to the client experience. The team is very helpful and their tool has in fact help streamline ticket scheduling, we were seeing an average of 5 attempts to connect with a contact on tickets that required end-user interaction that were not submitted by calling in, now we are seeing more traction with scheduling appointments by the use of TimeZest. Clients are loving it.

    This tool has been great for our clients that travel often. With all the travel and timezone differences, this has completely resolved that headache of scheduling. As dispatcher, I love being able to get our clients what they need on their time without having to hound them with repetitive phone calls and emails. This puts the ball in their hands and allows them to have more control!

    Simple. Elegant. Functional. There are probably hundreds of ConnectWise "add-ons" and while they all aim to make our lives easier, TimeZest actually delivers 100%. This solution replaces CW's own quirky meetings scheduling and does it well. Clients love it and staff do too. Eventually this will allow us to actually get rid of the dispatcher role and have this function be performed by autonomous engineers. Brad, Jamison and Jason are a pleasure to work with, very attentive to feedback.

It allows us to set when our techs are available for best coverage and prevents the constant back and forth phone tag to get the issue resolved.     This is an excellent enhancement to Manage. We are able to send out scheduling requests through the ticket, which is a comprehensive way to keep everything in the ticket. No more back and forth emails or phone calls to schedule.

    We've been using TimeZest now for a little over 3 weeks. During this time our 1st Response Rate of closure has increased 10% as clients are now selecting the time that is best for them. This has had an added affect of increasing our daily Kill Rate as technicians are wasting less time calling unavailable clients and are able to resolve tickets quicker. TimeZest has been a great addition to our tool kit!

    We have been using TimeZest since it first came out, and it has been a life-saver. It has allowed our tech's to stop playing 'phone tag' with our customers, which translates into more tickets closed. The customers enjoy it, because TimeZest allows them the control they want in dictating when they have time to work on the problem. Look, the best solution to the problem is hiring a lot more people. The next best solution is TimeZest.

    We've been waiting for Connectwise to release their internal scheduling tool for years. It seems like that answer is actually TimeZest! Since we started using it, a lot of our operational black-holes have been resolved. Getting a hold of an enduser to schedule a time to work with them has never been easier, and our clients love it too! And with an active and focused recommendations forum, I'm excited to see what features are released next!

    TimeZest is a wonderful addition to our service team! We've been using it for about a month and we're finding about 50% of our clients are utilizing it already. This is great for the busy office manager or CEO that has a very limited amount of time to get their issues worked on without interrupting their work day. Also, the team at TimeZest is constantly adding more features. 100% worth every penny!
