TimeZest integrates with ConnectWise Manage using its REST APIs and works equally well with cloud and on-premises instances. Setup is a cinch: create an API Member, enter the API keys into TimeZest and away you go.
Schedule directly from the ticket – Use the specially designed TimeZest pod to schedule calls, remote support sessions, or onsite meetings without leaving the project or service ticket. Simply choose an appointment type, select the resource to be scheduled, and TimeZest handles the rest. Scheduling with clients becomes effortless.
Offer appointments based on real-time availability – TimeZest retrieves your staff’s real-time availability from ConnectWise Manage and presents it to your clients. They choose a time slot that works best and receive an email confirmation and calendar invite. Less time scheduling means more billable time and happier clients.
Resource scheduling & ticket updates – Once the client books a time, TimeZest schedules the resource on the ticket, updates the ticket’s internal notes, and can even update the status of the ticket. Thanks to TimeZest’s exclusive integration with ConnectWise Manage, scheduling becomes a natural extension of managing tickets.
Advanced scheduling logic – Configurable appointment types let you control exactly how and when clients can schedule appointments.
