We will warmly embrace opportunities to innovate and collaborate with third-party associations, companies, and communities. This includes collaborating closely and expeditiously with vendors to address any issues that impact our mutual partners. Offer an extensible platform (ConnectWise Asio™) with open APIs, that offers partners to add the capabilities they need and security-verified vendors a frictionless way to integrate.

We will continue to build flexible solutions and empower MSPs to select tools that work best for their business needs. Beyond open APIs, we’ll continue our journey to enhance how we support developers in their journey— from educational programming to Software Development Kits (SDKs), and more. Vendors verified through the ConnectWise Invent™ program will have additional opportunities to seamlessly integrate into our platform.
