DMARC/PSA integration

Requirements

To enable integration between our DMARC management platform and ConnectWise PSA, partners must have active accounts on both platforms. Integration setup is performed within the partner’s main Sendmarc account. Partners need the following details to establish the DMARC/PSA connection: 

  • Site URL: Your ConnectWise login URL 
  • Company ID: The unique identifier for your organization 
  • Public key and private key: API keys generated by creating an API member in ConnectWise 

Once these details are entered and the connection test succeeds, a configure button will appear to complete the DMARC/PSA integration process. 

Creating an API member

Follow these steps to create an API member and generate the required API keys for the integration: 

  1. Create an API member 
  • Log into your ConnectWise Manage account. 
  • Navigate to System > Members. 
  • Select the API Members tab. 
  • Click the + to add a new API member. 
  • Fill in the required information, including: 
  • Member ID 
  • First name 
  • Last name 
  • Role ID (typically set to Admin) 
  • Click Save. 
  1. Generate API keys 
  • Open the newly created API Member record. 
  • Go to the API Keys tab. 
  • Click the + to add new API keys. 
  • Enter a description for the keys. 
  • Click Save. 

Important: The public and private API keys will be displayed. Copy and securely store both keys immediately, as the private key is only shown once.

Product-package alignment

ConnectWise products are mapped to Sendmarc’s service packages to ensure accurate delivery and tracking.
