Vigicap is a white-label cyber governance platform for MSPs and MSSPs. It assesses each client against NIS2, ISO 27001, DORA and national frameworks, reads evidence from 110 connectors, and turns every gap into a remediation action, a priced quote and a client report under the MSP's brand.

  • Push Vigicap remediation actions into ConnectWise PSA as service tickets, on the board you choose and under the right company; the company ID is checked before any ticket is created.
  • No duplicates: each action is pushed once and linked to its ticket, with a direct link to open the record in ConnectWise.
  • Status flows back: when a ticket is closed in ConnectWise, Vigicap proposes closing the matching action, and a consultant confirms it.
