eG Enterprise provides automated IT monitoring, diagnosis, and reporting to troubleshoot application slowdowns, user experience issues, network outages, virtualization bottlenecks, server failures, storage hotspots, and more. eG Enterprise integrates with ConnectWise Manage, so that eG alerts can be automatically forwarded to that system, thus automating the creation and updation of tickets.

Requirements: eG Enterprise v7.0 eG Enterprise uses REST API from ConnectWise Manage which requires public/private keys to consume the APIs

Features:

  • eG Enterprise integrates with the web services API. The eG manager establishes an HTTP/S connection to the REST API on ConnectWis Manage and communicates alarm information to that TT system using its web services API.

  • Unidirectional alert integration 

  • Automatic incident management
