Configurable notifications depending on job type and success /failure status
Partners are able to receive and check SUREedge appliance alerts as service tickets in ConnectWise Manage
Partners are able to configure which alerts are sent and where they appear in ConnectWise Manage
Partners are able to specify the service board for posting along with ticket classification like; service type, service sub-type, and default ticket status
Appliance alerts can also be received via emails along with ConnectWise Manage tickets

Currently this vendor is not Certified under ConnectWise Invent.
