ConnectWise PSA Integration

Requirements: An active ConnectWise PSA license and environment, and a Spotto license.

Spotto offers a native ConnectWise PSA integration, so the recommendations you prioritise can flow directly into your Service Board and be tracked through to delivery.

  • A Service Board per customer. Visibility across the work performed in each customer's environment matters. Spotto connects to a Service Board per customer via the ConnectWise API, so you can raise and track tickets without leaving Spotto
  • You choose what flows through. Not every finding lands on your board, only the recommendations you prioritise (your shared tickets) are pushed to ConnectWise, keeping a focused, high-priority list of work items. You can bundle recommendations into a single ticket or many.
  • Tickets tied to recommendations. Ticket information is presented back inside Spotto against each recommendation, so the work and the finding that triggered it stay linked.
  • Quick, credential-based setup. Connecting takes a few minutes from within Spotto. You'll be prompted to enter your ConnectWise PSA API credentials: 
    • Site URL
    • Company ID
    • Public Key
    • API Token (Private Key)
  • Configurable ticket routing. Once connected, you select your Service Board, Status, and additional routing fields, including Ticket Type, Subtype/Item, and Priority so tickets are created exactly where and how your team expects them.
  • Security. ConnectWise API credentials are stored securely and encrypted.
