ConnectWise PSA

Requirements:

The add-on requires Netwrix Auditor version 9.7 or higher.
The add-in runs on the computer that hosts the Netwrix Auditor Server.
The add-on uses the port configured in Netwrix Auditor for the integration API; the default is TCP port 9699.
The add-on’s main component, the Windows service Netwrix.ITSM.IntegrationServiceCW.exe, runs under the LocalSystem account by default.

Features:

Automated ticket creation: Generate ConnectWise tickets automatically based on Netwrix Auditor alerts. The Initial Description field will automatically be populated with important details about the incident, including the name of the workstation, the name of the account in question and the time when the event occurred.
Support for native workflows: Have each ticket immediately assigned to the right person or team and the impact, priority and SLA status filled in by ConnectWise Manage.
Ticket overflow prevention: Enable IT teams to focus on solving customers’ problems by relieving the burden of manually handling tickets of the same type with automatic ticket correlation, alert consolidation and flood suppression.
Integration configuration wizard: Configure and verify your integration using a step-by-step wizard that walks you through the setup process.
