The add-on requires Netwrix Auditor version 9.7 or higher.
The add-in runs on the computer that hosts the Netwrix Auditor Server.
The add-on uses the port configured in Netwrix Auditor for the integration API; the default is TCP port 9699.
The add-on’s main component, the Windows service Netwrix.ITSM.IntegrationServiceCW.exe, runs under the LocalSystem account by default.
Automated ticket creation: Generate ConnectWise tickets automatically based on Netwrix Auditor alerts.
