mspIC is designed to integrate your ConnectWise Manage tickets directly into Slack so you can easily view and change information without ever leaving your conversation.

Requirements: You must have a dedicated Slack account and be on ConnectWise Manage v2019.1 or later. Some modules may require other third party accounts to enable, such as SMS and calendar invites.

Features:

  • View and update tickets in Slack

  • Send and receive text messages (SMS and MMS) via Slack with the conversation and all attachments logged to a ticket

  • Quickly enter time and notes against tickets using simple slash commands

  • Map ticket types to different channels to receive new tickets and updates where they matter most
