mspIC is designed to integrate your ConnectWise Manage tickets directly into Slack so you can easily view and change information without ever leaving your conversation.
You must have a dedicated Slack account and be on ConnectWise Manage v2019.1 or later. Some modules may require other third party accounts to enable, such as SMS and calendar invites.

Quickly enter time and notes against tickets using simple slash commands

Integrate SLACK with Manage. It's perfect for our team. We can view tickets, respond to tickets, add time, search contacts and more. The dev team is quick to add updates. Honestly, I don't have to login to Manage much bc of all i can do in this thing. I once dropped it for something else and came running back months later.
