Fallax is a phishing simulation and security awareness training platform for organizations and MSPs. Simulations land directly in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace inboxes, people who click get short training, and results flow to compliance tools as evidence. MSPs run every client from one console, each in its own workspace.

  • When someone at a client clicks a phishing simulation, Fallax opens a service ticket against that client's ConnectWise company, on the service board your technicians already use.
  • Once a campaign settles, Fallax files the results as a ticket on the same company, so the follow-up happens without opening another dashboard.
  • Each client's seat count stays in sync with an agreement addition, so the agreement bills the number of people actually covered. One API member covers your whole book of clients.
