Requirements: This extension is only supported on Windows servers.

Features:

  • Connects your Control instance to your Zendesk instance

  • Once installed and configured, a panel is added to Zendesk to create, join, and invite ticket recipients to Support Sessions.

  • After the session has ended, the integration will add an internal note with session information to the ticket.

Currently this vendor is not Certified under ConnectWise Invent.
