Simple ConnectWise driven app used to display ticket counts for any desired boards and areas. Currently functional on any ConnectWise version running the latest API. The intention of this app is to deliver a personal experience for each dashboard.

ConnectWise PSA

Requirements: Any version of ConnectWise is supported. Wherever the dashboard application will be running, it will need at least Windows 10. This application uses the API to get statistics. Technician will need API access upon customization and setup. Runs best in HD displays.

Features:

  • Application is custom built for each organization.

  • Application displays ticket counts for at least six different tickets status types. Typically this is needs assigned, in progress, assigned, completed, scheduled, and assigned.

  • Fully featured support ticket implementation into application. Simply click support and type in the information to quickly contact support for any reason.

  • Depending on organization size and dashboard count, full maintenance and updating can be applied.

Currently this vendor is not Certified under ConnectWise Invent.
