ucplus operates against an extensive range of telephone systems (PBXs) and provides click to dial and screen popping with the ConnectWise application. Collaborative features such as chat and presence are available as standard and can operate seamlessly across multiple telephone systems and sites.

Trial licenses are free for 30 days should you wish to try this product.

ConnectWise PSA

Features:

  • ucplus allows users to integrate with contacts in ConnectWise Manage. When configured, dialing is performed by using ConnectWise Manage’s built-in dialing methods.
  • When on a call, if the called or calling party's contact information are in the ConnectWise Manage contact database then this will be detected and a ConnectWise Manage button will be shown. When the button is pressed the associated contact record will appear.
  • Using the Address book, the ConnectWise Manage contact database will also be searched and the results displayed. Users can then select a contact and access the record or dial directly using the mouse
