Requirements: Version 3 of Connectwise Automated Late Fee Service communicates with Manage version 2018.6 or later using the Manage REST API. Any Windows 7 or later machine will run the software. Software updates are automated.

Features:

Built-in setup program allows you to configure the service to exactly suit your environment and needs. Grace periods, percentage rate, invoice templates, email templates and more can be set as desired. Step-by-step comprehensive documentation included will get you up and running in 15 minutes or less.
The service can create Misc. invoices for past due assessments, and it can add past due assessment details and charges to their next Agreement invoice as well. The service runs nightly (user adjustable start time) and can process 100 invoices in less than 5 minutes. Windows machine required.
A daily email digest is sent to an email address of your choice (typically a service board) with all details on late fee invoices/agreement additions created during the last run, as well as past due invoices that have been paid since the last run.
Get control of your receivables! Users have noticed slow paying customers start paying on time as soon as they see late fees being assessed. Run it against your built-in Connectwise training instance, or set TEST MODE to TRUE in the setup application to test without writing.
