Our first and only version of our product has been developed against ConnectWise Manage version 2019.5.
We have integration into ConnectWise Manage Contacts to make sure tickets get entered with the right end client contact.
We have also developed integration to ConnectWise Manage Tickets to seamlessly move information from the dispatch assisted chat to a ticket for techs to begin working an issue.
Currently this vendor is not Certified under ConnectWise Invent. Please reach out directly to the vendor for integration implementation and/or support.
