Requirements: Our first and only version of our product has been developed against ConnectWise Manage version 2019.5.

Features:

  • We have integration into ConnectWise Manage Contacts to make sure tickets get entered with the right end client contact.
  • We have also developed integration to ConnectWise Manage Tickets to seamlessly move information from the dispatch assisted chat to a ticket for techs to begin working an issue.
