Site24x7 is an all-in-one IT infrastructure monitoring solution that provides monitoring and management for a variety of different users including MSPs with features such as white labelling, multi-account management, unlimited scalability and custom dashboards. Upon connecting Site24x7 with ConnectWise Manage, you can start receiving incident tickets for your critical website, server, network device, and application monitor outages on your ConnectWise Manage account, helping you solve issues without wasting time.
Connectwise v2019_4+ You must have a pre-configured ConnectWise account with sufficient user privileges to set up this integration. You must be a Site24x7 customer to utilize this integration. You must also have Super Admin or Admin privileges.
Integrating Site24x7 with ConnectWise, you can manually or automatically open or close ConnectWise incidents based on Site24x7 monitor alerts. Additionally, you can identify risks, forward alerts to IT teams, and manage alerts smoothly.
Site24x7 status alerts are posted to the ConnectWise Instance URL, which in turn, creates incident tickets in the ConnectWise account. You can acknowledge an incident ticket, delegate it to someone, or even delete it permanently. You can gather more insight into the alert and resolve issues faster.
Managed service providers (MSPs) can use this integration to have a common console through which they can receive multiple customer incidents.
Once the Site24x7 monitor status changes to Up, the ticket will be closed automatically, or you can close it manually in the ConnectWise portal.
