Requirements: Getting started with ServicePulse is simple. Users should be updated to ConnectWise 2019 or later.

Features:

  • Sign-up with ServicePulse and enter your billing information. We’ll email you a link where you can enter your ConnectWise credentials.

  • Configure ConnectWise with an API member that allows us access to your data.

  • Enter the API information and select the service boards you’d like us to analyze.

  • We’ll send you the first email on the following business day with an analysis of all of your customer service tickets!

Currently this vendor is not Certified under ConnectWise Invent.
