NilearOS is a suite of tools for IT Professionals that maximizes your ConnectWise investment, eliminates unnecessary operational overhead and increases efficiency.
  • Score My Team: Score My Team is a revolutionary employee performance scoring system, made up of a wide range of scoring metrics. It will make you wonder how you ever worked without it. Scores can be evaluated to determine where a technician is excelling and where improvement is needed. By using multiple scoring modules, you begin to produce well-rounded technicians. The technicians' scores can be ranked against each other and can also be compared against other managed service providers. This product is available as part of the Nilear Operations Suite (NilearOS).
  • My Ticket Mobile: My Tickets Mobile Web App push-button interface changes the way techs interact with on-site tickets. MTM is compatible with iOS, Android and Windows 8 phones, that allows you to spend more time solving the client's issues by automating the process of updating your tickets, including time entry creation, note-taking and ticket status changes. My Tickets Mobile keeps all this information up-to-date with ConnectWise Manage even though you are busy on the road.
  • ConnectActive: ConnectActive is a comprehensive solution for automating ConnectWise Manage contacts, user-count agreements and portal Single Sign-on using your clients’ Active Directory.
  • ScheduleSync: Schedule Sync is a NilearOS automation tool that synchronizes your ConnectWise Manage Dispatch Portal with your staff's time entries and adds accurate Travel To and Travel From Dispatch Portal entries for on-site appointments. Schedule Sync keeps tickets on the Dispatch Portal accurate by synchronizing each ticket's scheduled resources with the resource's time entries.

    Really disappointed. The free product worked for what we needed and we made the payment to get the full version but they never enabled the account. Took the cash responded once telling me it was activated. Contacted several times to advise it was not working but not response from them.

    Score My Team is a terrific product. It makes it easier for me to manage my techs. I can quickly see which techs are entering their tickets in real time. I highly recommend the Nilear suite of products.

    We have been using the tool for almost 2 years now and don’t even use all of the features of it yet and it is still well worth it! I easily save a few hours a month with the insight it provides and our employees like the feedback it provides them with how they are doing working on tickets.

    We have been using Nilear for 2 years now. It has helped us motivate our team to do their job correctly and enter their time in real time. The Score My Team is the basis for our monthly bonus program. We love the friendly competition it helps to create in the office. We have saved time making invoice corrections. The techs are entering their time more accurately. These alone are worth the investment.

    This feature of the Nilear suite of products has really helped me to motivate my techs. We implemented Nilear and base our bonus program on their scores. They can easily see where they are at in the rankings and what they are losing points for. They come to me with questions on how to improve their time entries to avoid losing points. Very easy to set up and great way to implement some friendly competition among the techs!

    Score My Team is great for helping you know if your team is working tickets in a way that gives you factual data to pull from Connectwise. The setup takes a little time to get through, but given dedicated time it can be completed relatively simply.

    One of the hardest battles I've fought with my team is accurate and timely documentation in Connectwise. Score My Team gives me the ability to hold my team accountable to the standards we've established. The setup takes some time and effort, and tweaking, to measure what you want, but it's a great tool.

    This product takes a great idea and delivers for partners willing to manage their employees by stack ranking. We were unable to find value in this module for our managed service practice, as where the score cards didn't make sense for us, there was no option to customize. A great product, but I'd argue only for time and materials businesses.

    We LOVE the Score My Team suite of products -- and recommend it HIGHLY for any operations team that wants to improve ticket documentation, real-time documentation, timesheet acumen/timeliness, configuration standards...and much more. It takes a bit to create the culture of accountability and for the team to understand how the scoring works...but once they do, it's phenomenal!
