Founded in 1998, Mindmatrix’s MSP-IT Advantage Program is a well rounded solution to creating your complete sales and marketing foundation.   The Advantage Program combines the 5 pieces of planning, content, sales and marketing infrastructure, ConnectWise integration, and concierge/consulting services all into one program.    This program will streamline and automate your website and social media presence, nurture your cold contacts into more sales ready contacts, and align your sales people with the same trackable outreach processes to improve efficiency. 

ConnectWise PSA

Features:

  • Automated/manual bi-directional contact sync that pulls lead data from ConnectWise Manage to Mindmatrix and vice versa

  • New web lead Information is automatically pushed to ConnectWise Manage once it reaches a pre-set score/interest level and you get a 360º view of your leads in ConnectWise Manage

  • Convert all cold leads to warm by automatically engaging all leads in ConnectWise Manage via smart lead nurturing email and SMS campaigns or through automated Day 0 Notifications

  • Create tasks for sales personnel based on certain lead activity in ConnectWise Manage

  • Embedded on each contact record that all in the company can see are 3 pods that contain:
    • The contact’s activity history showing lead to review journey that is directly synced to the contacts activity record

    • Drip marketing activity, sales playbook activity, ‘one off’ follow up activity

    • Asset management pod (so all people may pull from the same content)

    • Sales Playbooks for quick and easy outreach
