We use LogicMonitor to provide monitoring/alerts for critical infrastructure, and in cases where we need to provide client dashboards.
It has proven agile at monitoring across platforms, which is important for us as an MSP with customers who use a range of equipment/manufacturers, that we do not need to retrain our staff to using multiple methodologies. The KBs are good, and helpful to junior staff.
Alerting is centralized then distributed to the correct boards in CW, slack channels, and text.
