Lifecycle Manager integrates with ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate, surfacing IT risks automatically and helping MSPs present them so clients say “YES” to better tech.

ConnectWise PSA

Requirements: ScalePad Lifecycle Manager is an agentless software-as-a-service product, so you're always up-to-date. We integrate with all versions of ConnectWise Manage with a supported API. Use the Hands-Free Plugin Integration tool within the app to get started; enter your ConnectWise credentials into Lifecycle Manager to complete the setup.

Features:

  • Automatically pull in data from ConnectWise Manage, and Lifecycle Manager will provide analytics, insights, and client-friendly reporting, including client scorecards and roadmaps for QBR preparation and budgeting. Lifecycle Manager’s client-facing tools communicate essential information to clients on their terms.

  • Lifecycle Manager also connects to a variety of PSA, device management, and documentation tools, so you can compare resource data from ConnectWise Manage to these other integrated tools to deduplicate and fill in the gaps. Clean, deduplicated data enables transparency and better client communication.

  • Warranty and purchase date information for devices synced in from the ConnectWise platform is automatically generated. In-app warranty purchases in Lifecycle Manager enables your MSP to create new revenue streams while delivering a better client experience.

  • An optional two-way sync back to ConnectWise Manage also lets your whole team see the lookups and cleaned data in your PSA.
