You can create custom kanban boards and columns to display tickets and opportunities however you like. Create multiple boards to fit the needs of your technicians, project managers, account managers, helpdesk, triage/dispatch, sales managers, or anyone else.
Organize your boards by swimlane to get a view of cards organized by Projects, Project Managers, Resources, Priority, Location, Team, Ticket Owner, Company, Connectwise Board, Opportunity Type, or Sales person. Drag tickets between columns to easily change their status as they progress, and between lanes to re-assign resources.
With custom styles, you can style the cards to indicate certain conditions. Trigger a change in style like subject font size, card background colour, side bar colour, card outline, and more. This can be based on many conditions: Customer replies, Status, Priority, Time Entries, SLA, and more!
Customize the cards to show relevant information, such as time in current status, due date, budget time, remaining time in budget, time since last time entry, time until SLA expired, and time since ticket creation. Bi-directional realtime updates, avoiding dual-entry unlike using Trello in parallel to CW.
