Requirements: Any version of ConnectWise Manage will work with Invarosoft.

Features:

  • The Invarosoft™ platform has a 'patent pending' and synchronizes client name, user first name, user last name & email address. You can filter clients in our portal for ease of management.

  • Our portal also synchronizes ticket types and you can use our Ticket Type Manager to hide or show ticket types for certain clients.

  • Our proprietary AD Harvester synchronizes users from your clients AD servers directly into ConnectWise Manage. This is perfect for on-boarding new clients and ensuring our software is deployed and activated without user intervention.

  • ITSupportPanel™ logs ticket directly into ConnectWise Manage with ticket type, sub type, item level, client name, user name and host name.

Currently this vendor is not Certified under ConnectWise Invent.
