Support Ticket Integration. Whenever Infrascale Cloud Backup or Infrascale Disaster Recovery generate system alerts, support tickets are automatically created in ConnectWise. Conversely, when those alarms are resolved, the related support tickets in ConnectWise are automatically closed.
Billing Event Integration. Your clients’ data, including the number and type of computers (servers, endpoints, etc.), amount of storage consumed (subscribed, allocated and used) and other billing-relevant data are available in ConnectWise to facilitate invoicing and billing.
Reporting and Dashboard. Virtually every piece of data captured by Infrascale can be reported within ConnectWise’s dashboard. This includes the number of successful backups, failures, data consumption, etc.
Inventory Integration. The number and type of on-premise appliances associated with your clients’ BDR accounts are available in ConnectWise for asset tracking and usage.
Appliance Monitoring. Detect any new appliances on your network, with no need to login into the Infrascale dashboard. Everything is at your fingertips within ConnectWise Automate – any issues or errors will result in automatic ticket creation.
Simple Deployment. After the integration has been authorized and authenticated, administrators can push a 1-time installation and configuration for individual or groups of machines. Large-scale deployment and configuration for complex infrastructures available from within the ConnectWise Automate environment.
Centralized Management. New device onboarding doesn’t have to be tedious when using Automate. Setup default backup installation and protection policies for any new devices, with centralized backup policy management within ConnectWise Automate.
Automated Ticket Creation. In the event of a backup job failure, a ticket will automatically be created – in addition to alerts for account usage, backup issues, or issues with automated tasks. Also, receive both the native Windows Logs with the application logs to help cover all your bases and initiate troubleshooting.
Endpoint Protection. Easily deploy, monitor, report, and manage backups on any device or group of devices directly from ConnectWise Automate. Also access the Infrascale Dashboard from within the ConnectWise Automate environment to view backup activities, protected endpoints, cloud space use, and more
