Let me start by saying that my review is very heavily warped at the moment due to another outage by OWN and their hosted exchange. OWN is Exchange Defender. Supposedly when they had the big outage last year the revealed some glaring holes in their processes; they went about to fix these holes and provide backups and redundancy. Not at all sure where those backups and redundancies are today!
From the perspective of XD – it would be a great product IF they would go back and fix the integration with ConnectWise. They are to busy working on their ShockeyMonkey interface which is a ConnectWise wannabe to spend the money and time to fix the integration piece. In the meantime, I can’t provide my clients with an accurate “Executive Summary” because the data is not accurate in regards to the amount of spam, virus, etc that was blocked. Try explaining to a customer why their numbers never change from month to month!
I could really go into an all out rant at this point but suffice it to say that I’m going to let my pocket book do my talking for me as I take my clients elsewhere!
