ConnectWise PSA

Requirements: 

  • You are running ConnectWise Manage version 2012 or later.
  • You have access to add and/or edit API Members within ConnectWise Manage.
  • You have access to the setup tables such as configuration type.

  • Allows Datto to create tickets, configurations, and agreements in your ConnectWise Manage environment.
  • Redesigned UI, faster load times, and more reliable alerting using the ConnectWise Manage REST API.
  • Configure alerts on a device-by-device basis or all at once.

  • Automatically associate configurations with generated alerts.

Requirements: ConnectWise Automate versions 12 or 2019

Features: 

  • Automated mapping of Datto appliances to ConnectWise Automate Client and location
  • Remote access to Datto Appliances through remote web
  • Automatic creation of ConnectWise Automate tickets for device alerts
  • Summary page with fleet statistics
