Crewhu’s employee recognition application is a simple, turnkey solution that promotes lasting service improvement.  Crewhu supercharges the ConnectWise Manage survey experience - with the ability to not only collect feedback on each ConnectWise Manage Service Ticket, but to aggregate internal feedback from managers and peers, and monitor individual employee performance over time.  The result is an effective reward system that engages and motivates each member of your high performance team:  

  • Three-click survey mechanism - increases submission rates when a ticket is closed by making the process as simple and painless for customers as possible 
  • Three-click recognition system - managers and peers can easily recognize coworkers through the ConnectWise Manage, a mobile app or their preferred browser 
  • Dashboards and leader boards - employees and their managers can monitor performance over time on a simple dashboard. The leader board automatically identifies your top performers and creates friendly competition that ensures everyone is constantly upping their game 
  • Point system - employees earn points for positive feedback from customers, managers and peers that are accumulated overtime and redeemed for meaningful rewards 
  • Actionable data - managers have insight into employee performance that they can use to coach, recognize and reward their team members

    Crewhu is very user friendly and their support team is very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions you have. I deal with Antonio the most, and he so patient and very helpful! We recently started creating contests, and their knowledge base was very helpful in setting that up. We also take advantage of badges and the surveys. These are great moral boosters, and keeps everyone in a friendly co-worker competition! We love Crewhu!

    We added as a customer satisfaction tool, but were happy to have the added functionality of a reward system for employee recognition and engagement. We've gotten great response rate on the closed ticket survey, and good healthy involvement from employees - glad we are using CrewHu!

    This has been an excellent addition to our company, not only for our clients to have the ability to do a quick survey, but also out employees. It's always nice when a coworker says something nice about you, but when it can be seen on a large scale and they have the ability to trade in for prizes, makes it much more motivating for them. Our clients have also enjoyed the easy and quick survey as their time is precious. Plus it lets us see how we are doing quickly, efficiently.

    CrewHu has been absolutely amazing! Now that our team has it, I can't imagine not having it.     We were blown away when we saw CrewHu in action at IT Nation 2016. First thing we did was sign up when we got back and haven't looked back since. Looking forward to V2 launching in March so we can complete the roll out of the employee engagement piece. Love the cafe and shop that the team use to check out performance and spend CrewHu cash. We are seeing a 30% return on survey returns now, keep the good work up

    The problem we had with our old method of surveys was that typically we got a very low return rate; when we sent out a field engineer it was around 13% and when the customer received service from the desk it was around 3%. These really low return rates meant that it was difficult for us to understand how our customers rated the majority of their interactions with us. Since changing over to the new smiley face method of feedback we’re now seeing return rates of around 35% across both the service

    Our company has grown dramatically over the past few years. When we were smaller, it was easy to give and receive feedback. Now, however, we’re approaching 30 employees and this has become challenging. CrewHu has been a huge morale booster – our employees now give each other tons of “kudos” and it fosters a really positive environment.     Awesome, easy to deploy, and phenomenal ROI. The best/easiest tool we've rolled out in years. We spent about two hours between planning the role out, setting up our CrewHu account/settings, and announcing it to the team. Within 24 hours our team of 23 people were using it enthusiastically. It immediately became part of our culture. The increase in recognition by both peers and clients has been awesome for morale. It's the biggest "No-Brainer" in the ConnectWise Marketplace.     We’ve been using CrewHu now for three months and the Dolphins (our team) have taken to it like… fish to water? We love it! We’ve always valued giving recognition both from managers and peers, but struggled to make it an everyday part of work lives.     Our team’s collaboration has increased greatly since we introduced CrewHu. If you walk through the helpdesk you will hear team members excited about giving colleagues badges (based off our core values) for assisting on a ticket. I even love giving out the core values and special management badges! We have also implemented Crewhu’s simplified client surveys that recognize and reward team members that deliver great service.
