ConnectWise PSA

Requirements: ConnectWise Manage v17.4 +

Features:

  • A Windows Service is installed on a internal server to connect to the ConnectWise manage database. This service transfers any changes to the Cognition360 data warehouse.
  • The data warehouse is able to store all ConnectWise Manage changes to allow easy reporting on trends. The Data is transformed by configurable business rules to a star schema for reporting. This allow easy “slicing and dicing” of your data and gives the ability to drill into details.
  • The integration is able to control what aspects of ConnectWise Manage is available to report on - starting with tickets and time entries, progressing thru to agreements, projects, configurations, and sales and opportunity data.
  • There are choices available as to where the reporting database (holding the star schema) resides. This ranges from a inexpensive multi-tenanted SAS option, to a database in your Azure tenant, right thru to a reporting database back in your own data center.

 

ConnectWise Automate

Requirements: ConnectWise Automate v10.5 +

Features:

  • A Windows Service is installed on a internal server to connect to the ConnectWise Automate database. This service transfers any required changes to the Cognition360 data warehouse.
  • The data warehouse is able to store all ConnectWise Automate changes to allow easy reporting on trends.
  • The Data is transformed by configurable business rules to a star schema for reporting. This allow easy “slicing and dicing” of your data and gives the ability to drill into details.
  • ConnectWise Automate extends ConnectWise Manage reporting by adding more data about devices and infrastructure that are not available in Manage.

Currently this vendor is not Certified under ConnectWise Invent.
