ConnectWise PSA

Requirements: Current Releases of ConnectWise Manage Cloud & Premise Based Deployments Windows 10 or Mac OS X Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

Features: 

  • Automatically match calls based on data in Manage. If number isn't there you can tag calls to existing Contacts or Companies or create new. If call is automatically matched an instant screen pop of Contact or Company Screen in Manage. Ability to quick select contact if multiple matches.

  • Ability to tag calls to existing Tickets or Opportunities or create new. Once tagged, you can enter notes and create Activities or time Entries based on Selection. Call Recording Attachment uploaded against Activities, Tickets, or Opportunities. Disposition button allows changes to statues, boards, start/end time, billable, and others.

  • Intelligent outbound click-to-dial from Mange Contact, Company, Ticket, or Opportunity Screens. Use @mentions to tag other team members or contacts. Set future activities or tasks in notes field on fly without having to jump between screens.

  • Ability to sync numbers from Manage and then set system to automatically route calls to specific individual or team based on Caller ID or pre-set pin code. Use our portal to access real-time reports and dashboards to quickly and easily see team productivity.
