The integration automates the notification and assignment of ticketed security incidents from the AWN CyberSOC managed detection and response service to organizations using ConnectWise Manage.
This integration enables ConnectWise Manage users to leverage the agent assignment and routing rules they have already created in the system and improves the notification process for security incidents.
The integration eliminates the manual, error prone process of manually creating a ticketed incident and assigning it to a ConnectWise Manage user.

Currently this vendor is not Certified under ConnectWise Invent.
