Following our initial unveil earlier today, we’re incredibly excited to begin our formal partnership with ConnectWise. As the leading MSP platform in areas such as billing, remote management, remote support management, PSA, and several other areas, it only made sense for us to partner with them in a meaningful way.
When evaluating organizations to connect with, we were especially drawn to ConnectWise’s use of open APIs that allow third-party security tools to integrate with their management platform. By integrating AvePoint’s Elements into ConnectWise Manage, our MSPs will have the power to quickly and easily bill AvePoint services when working with their customers. The goal is to create operational efficiencies and for our partners while decreasing their overall operating cost. With this integration, we’re happy to meet our partners where they are with the tech stack they already use.
For existing Elements users, navigating to the ConnectWise integration is easy. Simply log into the Elements interface, go to the Settings tab, and then click on the ConnectWise card in the lower lefthand corner, as shown below:
Aside from consolidating processes and making life easier for our MSPs, this announcement only furthers our commitment to continue investing in the ConnectWise community.
