  • The Krista.ai integration connects to ConnectWise Manage and Automate via REST APIs and webhooks to synchronize tickets, alerts, and configuration data.
  • Krista can create, update, or close ConnectWise tickets based on triggers from other systems and can execute ConnectWise workflows initiated from chat or voice interfaces.
  • Using Krista’s no-code orchestration layer, admins can authenticate via API keys or OAuth, map ConnectWise fields to ITSM/CRM objects, and define event-driven automations that span systems like ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft 365, and Slack without writing scripts. This enables intelligent, cross-platform orchestration and conversational access to ConnectWise data.
