Wise-Pay is an integrated payment processing platform that seamlessly couples with Wise-Sync for an entirely automated invoice lifecycle. 

From the moment an invoice is created, to chasing payments, to finally reconciling the invoice, Wise-Sync and Wise-Pay unite to seamlessly provide a centralised, first-rate solution that drastically saves you money, time, and energy.

Wise-Pay integrates directly on top of Wise-Sync to enable an unmatched payment integration as the only integrated and customizable multi-merchant platform for ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Sell.     One of the best investments we made for our company. From onboarding to almost our fourth year with the platform, it has been great. Support times are quick and pricing is reasonable. Utilising Wise-Pay, Wise-Sync and Xero, we now have a part time employee that looks after the financial side of our business.     We've been using both Wise-Sync and Wise-Pay since our ConnectWise implementation in 2016. Wise-Pay is a great system and helped us streamline our Accounts Payables process and made it easier for our customers. The solution is amazing and the Wise-Pay team are fantastic about providing support when needed. We highly recommend them.

    Wise-Pay works seamlessly with ConnectWise and our accounting software (Xero), and has reduced our AR time substantially. I love the simplicity and ease of use of the product. We are able to "set it and forget it" for recurring agreements so they are paid automatically based on the billing cycle. Customers can also click to pay invoices on demand via link from the invoice email. Their support is amazing, quick response, and their knowledgebase makes training a breeze!

    Wise-Pay solved a problem in our business we didn't expect. We already had a recurring payment system in place, however by using Wise-Pay we have now also converted a large portion of our Ad-Hoc invoices to auto pay after set terms, further reducing our debtor days and reducing admin time. Do your business a favour and deploy it.

    A huge step above the other payment processors. We were using another one that was suggested by CW, but this one has workflows that actually work - and save you time. No more wondering who that deposit was for, or spending hours manually inputting payments into QBO. It's all linked together - seamless integration and a huge time saver.

    The single biggest improvement to our business was to use Wisepay to take back control of our cashflow... Cheques??? WTF??? If you aren't using wisepay you need to start operating in the 21st century and sign up!

    We implemented Wise-Pay (already a Wise-Sync user) and have not looked back since. Not only has it saved us a load of admin time, the clients love the interface to be able to pay online straight fro the invoice. Add the virtual payment terminal in CW and we couldn't recommend it more!

    Thanks to Wise-Pay, our customers are paying us faster than ever before. Our debtor days has dropped from 40 to below 20. Love the integration with Xero and the ability for customers to be able to pay off the Quosal Quote. Our customers can now see all the unpaid invoices and pay them from within the portal. Our bookkeeper now spends a lot less time arranging the direct debits each month. I have calculated that this product is saving us 20 hours a month & reduced mistakes. Fabio Director

    We have been Wise-Sync user for 18 months and have recently finished our setup for Wise-Pay. Wise-Pay is another great product just like Wise-Sync and we are extremely happy with our decision to use Wise-Pay over all other payment providers for CW, Quosal and Xero. From our extensive research, Wise-Pay is the only payment processing add-on that will work with CW, Quosal and Xero seamlessly. We can now take direct debits with ease and being able to on charge credit card fees is an added benefit.

    Wise-Pay is outstanding! Recurring automatic debits are flexible and easy to maintain. Wise-Pay also provides customers with the ability to click a button and pay their invoice using the payment gateway.     I ran in to wise sync at IT nation 2015. I was skeptical then went to the breakout session. I signed and agreement on Thanksgiving and by 1/1/2016 we were converted from QB to Xero and Wisesync. We are not fully through the process but the team is very knowledgeable and were supportive of getting through it. I cannot recommend the product yet as I haven't used it long enough but I can recommend his team thorough approach and drive to complete. Great team and Great experience so far!
