Requirements:

NordLayer MSP integrates with ConnectWise PSA via REST APIs, supporting both cloud and on-premises setups. To configure the integration, create API members with the appropriate permissions and generate API keys in ConnectWise. Then, input these API credentials into the NordLayer MSP admin panel's setup form.

Features:

·  Add ConnectWise credentials to enable integration.

·  Map NordLayer plans to ConnectWise PSA products.

·  Import and map ConnectWise PSA companies to the NordLayer MSP Admin Panel.

·  Daily synchronization updates usage data automatically.

·  Update ConnectWise PSA agreements with monthly subscription usage data for each mapped company.

·  Reconcile billing and invoicing with up-to-date usage data, eliminating manual data entry.

·  Manage all billing through ConnectWise PSA.

Currently this vendor is not Certified under ConnectWise Invent.
