The ESET Direct Endpoint Management solution directly connects ESET endpoints to your ConnectWise Automate console with no additional hardware, servers or software needed. Features include:
  • Automated endpoint deployment to ConnectWise Automate groups
  • Creation and assignment of ESET policies to ConnectWise Automate groups
  • Automatic mapping of ESET endpoints to ConnectWise Automate Agents  
 
ESET PROTECT MANAGEMENT CONSOLE
The ESET PROTECT console offers a single pane of glass solution for endpoint management, offering complete network visibility, full security management, flexible reporting and automation. Features include the following:
  • Monitors and compares ESET endpoint seat counts against PSA agreements, and issues billing adjustments as necessary
  • Maps ESET endpoint products to ConnectWise Manage services and ESET static computer groups to CW Manage customer contracts

ConnectWise Automate

Requirements: Directly connect endpoints to ConnectWise Automate with no additional hardware, servers or intermediary software. By default, the ESET DEM plugin deploys the latest ESET endpoint product versions.

System requirements:

  • ConnectWise Automate Server versions 11, 12 or 2019 (cloud or on-premises).

NOTE: The ESET DEM plugin for ConnectWise Automate is not compatible with computers managed by ESET Endpoint Encryption Enterprise Server.

Operating systems:

  • Windows 7 and later non-server operating systems are supported.
  • Windows 2008 R2 or later server operating systems are supported.
  • .NET 4.6 framework is required.

ESET Security Management Center (on-premise):
Single-pane of glass management of ESET Endpoints with advanced management and reporting options.  Connect endpoints to ConnectWise Automate via ESET Remote Administrator plugins.
To use the ESET Remote Administrator Plug-in for ConnectWise, your system should meet or exceed the following requirements:

  • Use with ESET Remote Administrator 5.3 or later
  • Supported operating systems: Windows 7 and later non-server operating systems are supported. Windows 2008 R2 and later server operating systems are supported.
  • NET 4.5 framework is required for the ESET Remote Administrator Plug-in for ConnectWise.

Get billed for your monthly usage based on licenses you’ve ordered that appear in your Marketplace account or ESET’s monthly license portal, EMA (both portals are integrated and synchronized).
