The tool can help you to manage the transition and implement several projects over a 6-18 month time-frame to achieve an ideal solution stack compliance.

Needs Assessment Tool: The question arises of how we can command our higher prices compared to the competition by understanding the prospect's needs and offer matching service bundles from our service catalogue through an engaging consultative sales process. Needs Assessment Tool: The MSP Needs Assessment creates engaging communication with the client and streamlines the offering process. The report and the tool are wired to find problems and match solutions from the various services in your catalog. The process helps you define their needs and showcase the required service bundles that will solve their problems.

There is no argument that having a more strategic relationship with a client is critical for an MSP to become more standardized (by driving their solution stack), more profitable (by offering a wider spectrum of services to each client), more sticky (by having a business partnership), more relevant (by reacting to their business needs instead of just technology trends) and last but not least, happier and referring customers. We wanted a model which includes all related roles that comprise the strategic relationship with all the tools we can offer to automate processes along with strategic touch-points with clients.

The Connectwise integration nicely brings the whole process into Connectwise so you can work the same processes that you do today with projects and agreements. The MSP 2.0 vCIO platform is more than a tool. It's a big step forward in understanding the need to reframe your customers so their business can succeed with technology.
