    No updates or consideration from requests. Will probably develop our own in house that works if anyone is interested. We will release it for free. Discount don’t even transfer over from dtools and taxes never line up during the transfer even though we have avalara doing both case and dt. I’m not going to deal with legal issues over the worst integration that exists. It really needs to be pulled from the marketplace. I would never use gozynta for any integration with their experience and practice

    The integration creates a site for every project, and we use sites for customer locations such as chains. It makes it very confusing. Also, it creates duplicate companies, so we constantly have to merge things once a project is completed both in CW and in QB. It creates tickets in a weird way that makes project management difficult. It creates a ticket for each "room". It should create tickets based on actual phases, so we can see where we are with a phase.

    I wish the D-tools Connect integration would have a maintence schedule. I would think this would help it keep up with current D-tools version.

    Integration with D-Tools is a great idea. The logic they use however is flawed and needs work. For example - you cannot link a CW Opp to a DT Project and so when you sync it creates duplicate Opps. Sync changes the default contact on the CW Account to the Default contact on the DT Project. Projects are always created even if they are not needed. We've been trying to get ConnectWise to talk to us about this for months but they don't seem interested. &Gozynta has told us to talk to CW.

    Integration does not support change orders from D-Tools. I spoke with D-Tools and confirmed that their API supports change orders, GoZynta has simply chosen not to include them in the integration. This is a critical feature for our business and it's absence in this integration is terribly disappointing.
