Merging with or acquiring another MSP that uses ConnectWise Manage? We built a system that allows for the migration of ConnectWise Manage data from a source to a target system. Migrate companies, contacts, agreements, additions, (retains parent-child relationships) configurations and open service tickets.

ConnectWise PSA

Requirements: ConnectWise Migration System uses the API,s only no database access is required. Both ConnectWise Manage systems must be 2019.6 or later. A Windows 10 (or later) machine with internet access and .NET 4.6 or later is required to run the software.

Features:

ConnectWise Manage is a complex system that is customizable from the 'My Company' structures all the way down to the types of configurations and their associated questions. So we built a system that allows for mapping of all of these attributes and setups.
Flexible mapping of attributes! As an example, while mapping the Agreement Types of the source system to the Agreement types in the target system, you can either map each agreement type to an existing agreement type in the target, or let the software create an identical agreement type automatically.
Currently the Migration System can migrate the following items to a target Manage system: Company Contacts Company Notes Configurations Agreements (maintains parent child relationships) Agreement Additions Open Service tickets for the Migrated company are copied to the target system to a Board you specify and a status you specify.
A 30 day free trial is built into the system. The trial subscription comes with a single migration license which allows for the complete migration of one company and the associated attributes shown above. Once purchased, the subscription term is for 10 years, and 20 Migration licenses are included.

Currently this vendor is not Certified under ConnectWise Invent.
