    CW Dash has been unresponsive to multiple attempts to get ahold of someone there. With no phone # listed on their website, we are only able to submit requests through their online "contact us" tool. We will look elsewhere.

    We have dedicated resources watching the boards and running reports all to ensure tickets are not missed and we bill for all our time. In the first week of trial not only was I able to pick out several tickets that fell through the cracks I also found nearly $500 in re occurring revenues that would have gone unbilled. I also suspect our report writing and fact checking time will be cut dramatically, this will likely save us about 20 hours each month. Compared to other tools it has the advantages of talking directly to your SQL server and pulling real time info, the licensing model includes all customers and unlimited users, and the team supporting and building it is an outsourced IT support company so they understand the issues we face. I am told the CW Dash team is still working to improve the look and feel of the interface, give the ability to have customer facing dashboards, and improve the custom dashboard widgets.

    We have been using ConnectSmart for several years. ConnectSmart is eye-catching; but it was difficult for non-technical users to setup their own dashboards. Plus, you had to setup a ConnectSmart server. As time went on this just became more of a headache to manage. I then started looking at alternatives and that is when I found CW Dash. I had heard about CW Dash a few years ago; but now I spent some time playing with the evaluation and watching the online demos. I took 1 of my none technical users and installed the preview of CW Dash on his computer and had him play around with it. Within minutes he was able to create his own "panels" and get the dashboards he has been looking for. At that moment I knew that I had to get this tool. I just feel ashamed that it took me this long to make this decision!

    We are all aware how important KPIs are to reviewing techs and keeping things on track. I can't tell you how many hours I have spent manually pulling information out of Connectwise or tinkering with other dashboard-type products. I installed CW Dash on a whim one afternoon just to see how difficult the configuration would be. Within five minutes I had all the reports and dashboards I had spent years trying to find. I put the dashboards up on some TVs in our NOC and the techs immediately started closing stale tickets and working to improve their numbers. The license allows you to install the product on multiple machines, so techs can pull their own specific numbers at their leisure as well. I could not be happier with the product. The product pays for itself in productivity gains. It is an absolute must-buy for the price.

    One of the few products that is easy to setup. No extra servers, software installs or web connections. I have not found a dataset that I needed that I could not create with the product yet.

    CW Dash is a quick and useful tool. The developers are very responsive to feature requests. The memory footprint is very small, and performance is fantastic compared with other KPI'ish tools we have used. I recommend this product without reservation.

    I was in search of how to pull real reports from CW, CWDash made this possible and was very easy to use. After purchasing I was able to walk into a meeting (30 minutes later) fully informed and present real Values on how we are doing and where we can improve. Not only is the reporting priceless, But I now use this tool to see area's where we need to adjust or cleanup which otherwise would have been forgotten. Now I can manage to numbers without spending hours figuring out what the numbers are.

    We have been using Connectwise since 2009 and for the first several years really struggled with reporting on our data as we had in our previous tracking system. The reports in Connectwise itself were just not giving us what we are looking to review which leaves us to write out own reports in crystal or SSRS. This was becoming very timeconsuming for us and our staff just didn't have the time to write all of the reports we needed since we needed them to concentrate on clients. So we searched for a tool and came across CW Dash. It was very reasonably priced and gave us several reporting options so gave it a try. It is very easy to install, not too complicated of an application to use either. Most people can figure it out just by playing around with it a little. We now can keep track of the data surrounding our service boards in Connectwise and have a better feel for what is going on at all times. We have also used this data to make and keep track of staff goals to meet around their tickets. Very happy with the product and would recommend to others.

    We have been looking for a tool to gather useful data out of ConnectWise for a long time. The built in reports simply aren't enough. After trying a few other 3rd party tools, we came across CW Dash. This tool is easy to setup and has all of the reports pre-configured. We are very happy with this tool, a must have if you are a CW shop.

    We use CW Dash to help gather quick statistics on the service levels being provided to our clients. We use them during team meetings to quickly gather the metrics required, work that would otherwise take hours to complete if doing it manually using the built-in reporting in ConnectWise. CW-Dash is a great tool for supporting any IT group with ConnectWise.
