    I sometimes experience errors when importing invoices due to the QBO setup. However, they are usually easily fixed and the support is great. Setup can get tricky with sub-accounts, but the integration typically works well and with few issues.

    Original Review: 8/29/2016 3:40:14pm Breaks infrequently - about once every 3 or 4 months. Does not honor quickbooks online settings. This integration unchecks the "Pay Online" option, as well as never filling in the email address. Error messages are not user-friendly. Frequently has minor errors that make no sense on the surface and need to be explained by Mobius/Connectwise. Finally, mobius and connectwise blame the problems on eachother when you call either one for support. Updated Review: 2/22/2017 11:00:15 AM This is better than nothing, but not by much. Mobius is missing features such as appropriate handling of credit memos. When confronted, they offer to charge you to make a custom module. Mobius changes features without warning. Last month I could have a product on a CW ticket, and all was well. This month, Mobius tells me I need to change my GL mappings so product shows as something other than product. The update broke everything - the entire integration needs setup again. Save yourself the headache and don't go with this product. Updated Review: 9/22/2016 5:23:47 PM It's not ready for prime-time. It works completely different from transferring to Quickbooks Desktop. It'll take you a LOT of time to get it all setup, again. It's not entirely the fault of CW, or Mobius - QBOnline is not ready for prime-time in my opinion, either. *review has been edited to combine feedback based on updated user experience

    Hey there Joel, I came across your review, and I wanted to add a quick clarification: If the "Inventory: Summary Only" checkbox is NOT checked, the integration will provide some additional detail. Unfortunately today, there are limitations to QuickBooks Online's API that prevent the integration from applying invoice lines to different revenue accounts. Our integration partner on this connector is adding a work around to address the limitations of the QuickBooks API. Please check with the folks at Mobius Works to be sure if the detail that this integration provides meets your needs. We do have a large number of partners using this integration, so we want to make sure it is as robust as possible.     This does not work very well. All services go across to Quickbooks as a generic "service" line on the P&L. I am told there is no way around this. If you have services and bill time, and need to show those different services in Quickbooks, this is not a good solution.
