Features:
Billed vs Actual - Provides the ability to have discrepancies between Mimecast and ConnectWise Manage in regards to licensed and actual users on the customers account, to not only be visualised, but also to have issues of this type logged as tickets in ConnectWise Manage.
Product quantity sync - Provides the ability to have discrepancies between Mimecast and ConnectWise Manage in regards to Mimecast products and add-ons visualised, but also to have issues of this type logged as tickets in ConnectWise Manage.
Company mapping - Provides the ability for companies that have differing names on both Mimecast and ConnectWise Manage systems to be easily mapped.
Service alerts - Checks the health of supported components , while providing the ability to turn a service alert into tickets against the impacted account in ConnectWise Manage. Service alerts currently available are Email queues, Directory and Journal connectors.
