The ConnectWise Manage integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV) allows you to export invoice, expense, and inventory transactions as well as customer and vendor information from ConnectWise Manage and import that information into the Dynamics 365 accounting software. The Payment Sync feature allows payment information to be updated in ConnectWise Manage once a payment has been posted in Dynamics 365.

The ConnectWise Manage integration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central allows the partner to directly transfer the following information from ConnectWise Manage into Dynamics 365:
Receivables Management invoices and credit memos
Payables Management for expenses
Sales tax information
General ledger transactions
Customer and vendor accounts
Payments will sync from Dynamics 365 back into ConnectWise Manage
