    We found that employee reviews can be difficult to standardize and clearly communicating core principles to every employee in a consistent manner doesn’t always occur . With MANAGEtoWIN, the automation and standardized competencies have really strengthened our review process, heightened communication and given us a framework to discuss performance consistently with each member of our team.

    Since we began last March working with David Russell, his team and the MANAGEtoWIN portal and process we are seeing that their system is becoming a game changer for us. They have helped us identify and define our company goals and have shown us how to get everyone in the company to focus on and be in alignment with our goals. It takes some time and a lot of effort to change the course of even a small company but I am seeing a noticeable difference in the attitude and enthusiasm of our staff. David and his team have been exceptional in helping us understand what we need to do and getting us comfortable with the process. Using the MANAGEtoWIN portal is something we have begun to use in more depth in the recent months and as we learn its capabilities we see how it is helping us strengthen the alignment of the team and helps us hold each other more accountable. When we first introduced the MANAGEtoWIN concept to the team there was a lot of skepticism and some reluctance as being yet one more thing added to their plate. However, as they began to understand where this is heading us and see that it helps them be more focused and more empowered, they have warmed up to it well.     Let's face it, building a string culture and managing people is one of the toughest things that we have to do as IT solutions providers. M2W is a great tool. making it easy and efficient to engage your team to encourage strong job descriptions appropriate to their jobs as well as help them set and achieve individual goals that align with your business goals. A tool like M2W can become shelf-ware really quick unless you are dedicated to implementing and using it. Fortunately, the folks at M2W understand that and they make it hard to fail because they walk you through the setup and implementation step-by-step and in small bites. This is a great people management system, not just a software tool.

    76% of VARs / MSPs have less than 7 people in their companies. If you want to grow, you need to recruit, hire and manage the "right" people to grow your company. In other words,, you need to Manage To Win. If you have read any of Jim Collins' books you'll remember the phrase "getting the right people on the bus". The next step is to properly lead them and manage them to their full potential. The Manage To Win tools and staff will help you get there.

    Manage To Win software combines all of the key elements of HR in one tool. The overall organization of the site makes sense after you start to use it, but it takes some time. Navigation and the user interface need to be made more consistent between different modules. The value of the tool is providing the structure and organization for the HR function. Great tech support!

    MANAGEtoWIN was the missing piece to our puzzle of running our business efficiently and effectively. ConnectWise was the first. MANAGEtoWIN’s integration with ConnectWise is good and getting better. I highly recommend their LEADERSHIP Essentials or All-In LEADERSHIP service to transform the way you manage your employees resulting in a higher organizational alignment and create a goal driven culture of getting things done.
