FlashDialler integrates tightly with ConnectWise Manage Campaigns. Whether you're using FlashDialler for appointment setting, database cleansing, surveys or telesales, every Campaign can be customised to ensure salespeople automatically write the correct information back to ConnectWise Manage.
ConnectWise data is accessed and edited in real-time. Creating or editing appointments, follow-ups, Contacts, Sites, Companies and Opportunites are all simplified using the FlashDialler interface. Technical data is captured and saved directly to ConnectWise Manage Configurations and appointments can be saved directly to a ConnectWise Manage Members calendar.
Email templates can be created and customised using ConnectWise Manage fields. In turn, emails sent from FlashDialler automatically create an email Activity in ConnectWise Manage, copy the body of the email to the Activity and then close the Activity – all at the click of a button.
Call Outcomes can be fully customised, allowing an Administrator to pre-configure what happens in ConnectWise when an Outcome button is selected i.e. create a follow-up Activity, send an email, initiate a Track or create an Opportunity.
