    Although rather new with ConnectWise, we have been using Conitnuum for over five years. The product is great along with the support. The new 2-way sync is fantastic. Now the Continuum NOC is always green!

    Our company has been leveraging Continuum’s Service Desk to augment support of certain clients since the Zenith days. Since ConnectWise is deeply embedded in our business process, the sync between ConnectWise and Continuum is a natural fit. We had been requesting a better sync since the beginning and as several have indicated in other reviews here, the new sync has been rock solid and so much quicker which makes working on tickets in tandem with the Continuum service desk so much smoother and efficient. The ability to move between boards and an almost “real-time” sync has made a world of difference. Most importantly, knowing that should a sync issue occur we can contact the NOC 24/7 and they have the access and tools they need to troubleshoot and resolve matters without having to rely on outside intervention. The NOC’s migration from the old sync to the new one was seamless, quick and easy to do. Highly Recommended!

    New Connectwise Integration API has helped us refine and automate alert ticket processing to gain much more efficiency for our team. The ability to move alert-generated tickets to different boards has allowed us to automate processing via CW workflow rules to segregate different types of tickets that require different levels of response automatically to greatly reduce manual effort associated with alert ticket management. Working with the Continuum team to implement the new API was a great pleasure for our team. Thanks all for the GREAT work on this!!

    The new Continuum Sync is solid. You can distribute tickets among multiple boards and they finally update! They also sync a lot faster than in previous versions so its close to real time. We probably wouldn't even entertain this offering if this integration didn't exist!!

    The new continuum/connectwise sync is working really well. Now gives the ability to move to different boards without breaking the sync. This was a big problem with the previous 2-way sync so I am happy to see this working now. The reliability of the sync has gone up tremendously as well as the speed it is syncing. All tickets to be synced have to start on one board but can be moved around thereafter even with workflows.

    We leverage the Continuum/Connectwise integration every day, all day. The integration has been smooth and fast allowing us to receive, track and push tickets back and forth to the noc quickly. The tickets arrive on our boards classified by severity so, that we can apply workflows and SLA against them, without a lot of other hassles. Finally, the team at Continuum has been great to work with. The regional teams tap into each other and other product specialists to get the answers to their partners quickly! If you use Connectwise and Continuum, the integration is a natural fit. If you are considering Continuum, the integration with Connectwise and the support that the people and the product offer to helping clients is fantastic! It's definitely been a win for our business!
